OTG Announces Crewmember Referral Program

Are you an active OTG Crewmember and know someone looking for a job? You can now make up to $1,000 when you refer a friend!


$750: New Hire Sign-On / Retention Bonus

Newly hired hourly operations Crewmembers may be eligible to receive a total of $750 retention bonus payable in two installments.  After 90 days of successful employment, the first installment of $300 will be paid to the Crewmember, second installment to be paid upon completion of 180 days.  Bonus will be processed through regular weekly payroll on the pay period following 90/180 days.  Crewmembers must be employed at the time the bonus becomes payable


$300: Hourly Crewmember Referral Bonus

A Crewmember that refers a Crewmember to OTG that has not previously worked for OTG may be eligible to receive a total of $300 for each new hourly Crewmember.  After 90 days of successful employment, the referral bonus will be paid to the referring Crewmember, who must be employed at the time the bonus becomes payable.


$1,000: Cook Referral Bonus

For EWR, LGA, JFK, IAH

A Crewmember that refers a cook that has not previously worked for OTG may be eligible to receive a total of $1,000 for each new Crewmember onboarded. After 90 days of successful employment $500 will be paid to the referring Crewmember and after 180 days of successful employment $500 will be paid to the referring crew member. Both the referred Crew Member and the Crewmember who referred the new hire must be employed at the time the bonus becomes payable.
