Special Olympics Plane Pull
Every year, OTG Management joins corporate and airport teams across New Jersey for the Special Olympics Plane Pull, raising funds in support of athlete programs and uniting around teamwork and inclusion.

Hot Bread Kitchen
We’re proud to highlight OTG Management’s partnership with Hot Bread Kitchen, an organization dedicated to creating economic opportunities for women and immigrants through careers in food.
Through this collaboration, graduates from Hot Bread Kitchen’s programs have launched their careers at JFK and LGA airports such as Prep Cooks and Cooks, showcasing the power of inclusive hiring and career development supported by OTG’s Talent Acquisition team.

Each year, Team OTG partners with MarketPlace PHL to host a special dinner at the Ronald McDonald House, bringing comfort and care to families through great food and heartfelt hospitality.
