Cibo Bistro & Wine bar is an Italian bistro featuring an expansive selection of antipasti and classic Italian specialties, complemented by an impressive wine, beer and cocktail selection. Entrees range from pasta dishes like Fettuccine Salsiccia featuring housemade turkey sausage & Gnocchi Carciofo made with artichokes and mushrooms in a white wine sauce to chops and strips from the grill.
A Mediterranean eatery with a menu crafted by Nicholas Elmi. Baba Bar features flavor and spices reminiscent of the coast, offering small plates, spreads and wraps; a perfect light meal before a flight. The mezze (small plates) include a traditional selection of hummus, babaganoush, stuffed grape leaves, Greek salads, roasted vegetables, tabbouleh and much more. Entrees include skewers and kebabs.
Boule Café is a French-inspired bakery café with a menu created by Chef Anne Coll of City Center’s Meritage. The menu features a strong breakfast offering with options like smoked salmon frittata with spinach, goat cheese, and herb roasted potatoes, or pain perdu with spiced pear chutney and maple syrup. Lunch and dinner selections include hearty sandwich offerings as well as hot soups and a Lancaster County-style pot pie featuring free-range chicken and roasted root vegetables. French and Belgian beers are also highlighted at Boule Café and are balanced out by regional favorites, such as Victory Prima Pils from Downington, PA. A selection of spirits and hand crafted cocktails along with non-alcoholic and coffee beverages are also available. Boule café is an oasis with a unique glass countertop that lets you see right into the selection of fresh pastries and sandwiches. Within easy reach and integrated along the side of the cases is a wide selection of magazines, which you can browse while you wait for your cappuccino.

Germantown Biergarten (GTBG) offers travelers a comfortable spot to relax and catch up on the latest news and entertainment. Inspired by the historic Germantown neighborhood of northwest Philadelphia, GTBG offers a wide assortment of beer, wine, and spirits curated by Jon Myerow and Michael McCaulley as well as a light menu featuring Bavarian classics including an impressive selection of house-made mustards, handmade pretzels, salads, panini sandwiches, and brats with all of the fixings. Inspired by warehouses and microbreweries, blackened steel accents and industrial chic furniture create a warm and comfortable setting that encourages indulgence in the wide selection of bottled and tap beers found in this Biergarten.

Introducing a Philadelphia icon, the LOVE symbol, this expansive bar and grill will be a passenger must see. With a warm loft like setting juxtaposed against modern art, LOVE Grille is comfortable and inviting yet young and fresh. LOVE Grille offers standout classics such as Cheese Steak, shaved Weaver’s bologna and the Texas Tommy: a half pound hot dog with bacon jam and cheese. Chef Stalin Bedon brings a menu featuring thin-crust, Neapolitan-style pizzas with artisanal toppings to the terminal with Mezzogiorno. The individually-sized pies are baked at nearly 700 degrees for the perfect crunch. Diners may choose from a list of composed pies or build their own. The pizza menu is complemented by a selection of housemade meatballs, antipasti, light entrees, and snacks. The wine list pulls heavily from Southern Italy and the beer selection focuses on regional ales and lagers, including Tröegs HopBack Amber from Hershey, PA and Yuengling Traditional Lager from Pottstown. This sleek modern Italian eatery has the feel of riding through Milan on a yellow and chrome Vespa. The main palette elements include sunshine-yellow backpainted glass, a sleek black bar top, zebrano wood walls, and polished stainless steel accents.
Chef Hiroyuki “Zama” Tanaka Hiroyuki has created an authentic Japanese ramen and sushi restaurant in-terminal. Noobar offers guests a fun, Asian-inspired dining experience. An in terminal sushi and dim sum house featuring specialty rolls, sashimi and other curious offerings are served up fresh. Menu selects include Truffle Edamame Potato Dumplings, pan-fried served with micro cilantro and the Miso Grilled Salmon Bento Box, mixed greens salad, 3PC California Roll, Edamame and Jasmine Rice. Sky’s wine list balances over 32 bottles for endless pairings and a variety of Asian beer and sake offerings. With the central design focus on kitchen, travelers can watch their food being prepared by skilled sushi chefs. Its dark and modern luminous cut out light fixtures bring a warm tone to the space.
A warm toned and natural design with plenty of wooden elements gives Local Tavern its distinguished look. Each cushioned stool is equipped with its own iPad where customers can charge up at any of the numerous outlets or USB interfaces. Some menu selects include Point JudithCalamari, fried calamari, broccoli rabe, long hot peppers and marinara, Beer & Fennel Sausage Mussels, steamed Prince Edward Island mussels, house made fennel sausage, kale, garlic and fresh herbs.
