Why This Job Is a Big Deal!
This is a mission-critical leadership role at OTG during a period of continued growth, operational complexity, and strategic transactions. As Vice President of Accounting, you will own the integrity of the company’s financial foundation while modernizing how accounting operates at scale. This role requires a highly technical accounting leader with deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, transaction and M&A accounting, and the ambition to build a best-in-class accounting function. You’ll have influence on how OTG scales, integrates acquisitions, strengthens controls, and uses automation to drive speed, accuracy, and insight. If you’re someone who thrives in complexity, challenges legacy processes, and wants a seat at the table shaping enterprise-level decisions—this role is a big deal.

In This Role, You Will:
• Support accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across a complex, multi-entity structure
• Own and oversee highly technical accounting matters, including:
• M&A and transaction accounting (ASC 805)
• Purchase accounting and post-acquisition integration
• Lease accounting (ASC 842)
• Non-routine, judgment-heavy accounting assessments
• Serve as the accounting leader for all M&A activity, including diligence, deal execution support, and post-close integration
• Partner closely with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
• Support all external audit activities and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and advisors
• Drive efficiency, automation, and system optimization, reducing close timelines and increasing scalability
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team while setting clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and policy consistency across the organization
• Bring a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset while operating as a confident executive leader

Qualifications/Criteria:
• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)
• 10-15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership roles
• Strong foundation in public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting and M&A / transaction accounting
• Proven experience leading accounting teams in complex, multi-entity, high-volume environments
• Track record of driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies
• ERP implementation or optimization experience strongly preferred
• Experience in hospitality, retail, consumer, or similarly complex operating environments a plus
• Strategic, ambitious leader with executive presence and strong communication skills
