Developed in collaboration with Greg Gatlin, a power player in Houston’s barbecue scene, Q reflects the diversity of the different flavors and cultures in Houston. Products served are sourced from local partners such as 44 Farms, Black Hill Meats and Kountry Boys.
Q serves travelers traditional southern barbecue staples such as brisket, ribs, sausages and pulled pork sandwiches. These enticing platters are complemented by classic BBQ sides such as baked beans and mac n’ cheese.
For those looking to add refreshments to their BBQ experience, Q offers cocktails inspired by the fusion of Houston flavors, including the Bourbon Peach Sweet Tea and the Margarita Caliente.
Q proudly boasts the world’s first airport smoke room featuring two smokers that slow-cook 24/7/365. To be able to accommodate the intensive around-the-clock smoking, we designed and developed a custom ventilation system in collaboration with Rockwell Group, which was seamlessly worked into the design of the space.
For those travelers that don’t have time to sit and enjoy a rack of ribs, Q features a grab-and-go counter offering all of Q’s signature BBQ items to-go.
