Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OTG will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health, and driving strategic financial planning. This role requires a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in the F&B and hospitality industry.The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to support the company’s strategic objectives and ensure sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to support business goals and drive profitability.
• Oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
• Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices.
• Oversee capital structure, investment strategies, and funding requirements. Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Drive cost management initiatives and operational efficiencies to enhance profitability. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Oversee audits and ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Promote professional development and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience with international operations and expansion.
• Knowledge of emerging financial trends in the F&B and hospitality industry.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of airport operations and the unique financial challenges of the airport F&B sector.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Outstanding leadership and team-building abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary range: $300,000 - $400,000
